Outcome of the Research in Quantum Mechanics Has Caused More than Just a Stir in the World of Ideas so much so that It is Considered as Jump of Human Mind
Jump of Human Mind
Classical Mechanics can not explain the quantum mind or quantum consciousness hypothesis. But now consciousness can be explained through quantum mechanics by the phenomena of quantum entanglement and superposition.Besides this holistic aspect of consciousness can only be explained through quantum mechanics.Eugene pioneered the idea that consciousness has some link with waive function.
DAVID BHOM’S ARGUMENT
David Bhom was of the opinion that Quantum theory and Relativity are contradictory to each other. This contradiction implied that it is some more fundamental level of universe. This more fundamental level consists of an undivided wholeness and an implicate order from which emerges an explicate order of the universe as is experienced by us. Both matter and consciousness are converted by Implicate order proposed by Bhom and which demonstrates their mutual relationship. Here Mind and matter are seen as projections into our explicate order from the implicit/underlying reality of implicate order. Bhoj thinks that when we travel in space we can see nothing helpful to understand consciousness.
Bhom tried to understand consciousness through its experience of listening to music. He is of the opinion that feeling of movement that consists of our experience of much depends on both immediate past and present time. These segments of past and preset are held together in brain. The notes of music from the past are visible as transformations instead of memories. The notes that were implicate in the immediate past, are seen as becoming explicate in the present.
Bohm understands this phenomenon as consciousness emerging from the implicate order. Bohm views the motion, change or movement and the interconnections of experiences e.g.listing to music as the demonstration of implicate order. He claims to derive evidence from this for the work of Jean Piaget in studying infants. He states that these studies show that infants have to learn about time and space as they are part of explicate order. But they have a hard-wired understanding of the movement as it is part of the implicate order. He compares this “Hard-Wiring” to Chomsky’s Theory that grammar is “Hard-wired” into young human’s brains
In his works, Bohm never suggested any specific brain mechanism by which his implicate order could emerge in a way that was relevant to consciousness, not any means by which the propositions could be tested or falsified.Read the Complete Article Here:
